We operate a single flat rate across our Scotland network. Pricing is also displayed in the EZO app.

OVERSTAY INFORMATION
Maximum overstay fee: £35 (charged pro-rata, per minute)
Overstay time is calculated from the start of your charging session, not after charging is complete.

Please be aware of any parking restrictions or time limits that may apply at the location before you begin charging.
Once your session is complete, we kindly ask that you move your vehicle as soon as possible. This helps keep chargers available for other drivers who may be waiting to use them.
PAY FROM YOUR EZO ACCOUNT

EZO wallet
Add funds to your wallet using your linked debit or credit card. When you charge your EV, the cost of your session is taken from your wallet balance. It’s a simple way to manage your charging spend and keep track of what you’re using.

EZO charge&go
Prefer to pay as you go? Link your debit or credit card to your account and we’ll automatically charge you when your session ends. No need to top up in advance. Just plug in, charge, and go.
PAY AT AN EZO CHARGER

EZO app
Find your charger on the map in the EZO app and start your session in just a few taps. Simple and quick, all from your phone.

EZO fob or RFID card
Tap your EZO fob or registered RFID card on the charger to begin charging. You can order an EZO fob directly through your account in the EZO app.

Contactless Payment
Use your contactless bank card at any EZO charger with a payment terminal. Just tap your card and start charging.
PRE-AUTHORISATION
A temporary pre authorisation will be applied before your session begins. This is £50 for DC chargers and £25 for AC chargers.
Only the cost of your charging session will be taken, and any unused amount will be automatically released back to your bank within 48 working hours.

EZO App
Open the app and go to Account > Helpdesk to raise a support ticket. Select the option that best matches your issue and submit the details. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
